1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Interfaces, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interfaces. The protocol itself is a set of smart contracts governed by token‑holder vote and is not a custodial service.

2) Eligibility & Compliance

  • You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
  • You represent that you are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the Interfaces from any restricted jurisdiction and are not subject to sanctions or denied‑party listings.
  • You acknowledge that certain products/features may be unavailable in some regions or to some users for regulatory or risk reasons.

3) No Advice; Educational Use Only

Information provided via the Interfaces (including charts, docs, and analytics) is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You should conduct your own research and consult professional advisors. Using the Interfaces does not create any fiduciary relationship.

4) Risks & Disclosures

Digital assets and smart‑contract systems involve significant risk, including market volatility, loss of principal, smart‑contract bugs, oracle or data‑feed failures, governance attacks, network congestion, and regulatory changes. You may lose all or a portion of your assets. Review Risks & Disclosures before using the protocol.

5) Use of the Interfaces & Protocol

  • The Interfaces are provided to help you interact with on‑chain smart contracts. Transactions you authorize are executed by those contracts; you are responsible for your wallet, keys, and approvals.
  • You agree not to use the Interfaces for illegal activity, to interfere with or disrupt services, to probe or scan systems without consent, or to circumvent access controls.
  • The protocol is non‑custodial: collateral and lifecycle actions are managed by smart contracts per documented rules and DAO‑set parameters.

6) Intellectual Property & Open‑Source

The “AxeGlobal” name and brand assets are protected by applicable IP laws. Some components of the protocol or Interfaces may be open‑sourced under separate licenses. Where applicable, such licenses govern your rights to use, modify, or distribute those components.

7) Privacy

Use of the Interfaces may involve limited telemetry and error logs to improve reliability. Learn more in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your wallet privacy practices.

8) Fees & Taxes

Network fees (gas) apply to on‑chain transactions. The protocol may charge mint, redeem, or protocol fees per DAO‑controlled parameters described in Fees & NAV. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your activity.

9) Warranty Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Interfaces and protocol are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project contributors and DAO disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will contributors or the DAO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the project contributors and DAO from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Interfaces or violation of these Terms.

11) Changes; Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • These Terms are governed by applicable law; venue and dispute resolution procedures may be specified by the applicable foundation or entity supporting public interfaces. Where the DAO governs parameters, on‑chain vote outcomes shall control protocol behavior.
