Axe Global

Privacy Policy

AxeGlobal is a non‑custodial, DAO‑governed protocol. Our public Interfaces follow a privacy‑first approach: collect the minimum needed for reliability, never custody user keys, and keep all balances/approvals on‑chain where you control them.

1) What We Collect (Interface‑level)

  • Technical telemetry to keep the site reliable (e.g., page load errors, anonymized performance metrics, coarse device/browser info).
  • Non‑identifying logs of UI actions (e.g., which page/feature triggered an error). We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or sign transactions on your behalf.
  • Wallet connection state (connected/disconnected, network ID) in your browser to enable features. Addresses you interact with are public on‑chain.

2) Cookies & Local Storage

The Interfaces may use strictly necessary cookies/local storage to remember preferences (theme, network), session state, and to mitigate abuse (e.g., rate‑limiting). You can clear these in your browser settings; some features may degrade if disabled.

3) Analytics (Privacy‑Respecting)

We may use privacy‑respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve UX (e.g., page counts, generic device category, referrer domain). We do not build personal profiles or sell data.

4) How We Use Data

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Interfaces.
  • Diagnose outages, prevent abuse, and measure performance.
  • Communicate important changes to the Interfaces or documentation.

5) Sharing & Third Parties

We avoid sharing wherever possible. Limited telemetry may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting/CDN/analytics) under contractual terms. We do not sell personal data. If required by law, we may disclose minimal information that we have, consistent with our obligations and the non‑custodial nature of the protocol.

6) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (access controls, encryption in transit, least‑privilege). No system is perfect; you should maintain good wallet hygiene and verify contracts and approvals on‑chain. The protocol’s collateral and rules are enforced by smart contracts — not by our servers.

7) Retention

We retain telemetry and logs only as long as needed for reliability, security, and compliance. Aggregated, non‑identifying analytics may be kept for trend analysis.

8) Your Choices

  • Use privacy‑focused browsers, ad‑/tracker‑blocking, or disable analytics cookies (when a banner is shown in your region).
  • Disconnect your wallet at any time; clear local storage in your browser to remove saved preferences.
  • Review approvals and interactions on‑chain using your preferred explorer or wallet tools.
